Pawlette Co. offers free shipping on order over $75+
Flat Rate Shipping of $10.00 is charged to items under $75, domestically.
All shipping comes from USPS, Fedex or UPS. For smaller packaged items, USPS maybe used
Email for international shipping.
Order Confirmation:
After Placing an order, you will receive an order number, with in 1-3 business days you will receive a tracking number associated with your order number.
If you do not receive an order number/ tracking number with int this time please email our team at pawlettecompany@gmail.com.
Shipping Cancellation:
You will be able to cancel your order prior to receiving shipping confirmation, once confirmation tracking has been sent your package will be in route.
Lost Packages:
Pawlette Co. is not responsible for lost packages once tracking transit has begun, however we will do our best to resolve any issues. Please email our team at pawlettecompany@gmail.com.
Return & Exchange Policy

Guidelines for refunds or exchange:
All items must be unworn in new condition with tag still on products. Our team will do a close examination of product once received to confirm condition.

Exchange
-Email pawlettecompany@gmail.com with in 15 days of receiving production (date of delivery)
-Item must be in new condition specific to guideline
-For sizing exchanges our team will waive the shipping cost of the 1st exchange
-Exchanges moving forward will require a set shipping rate based on product amount

Returns

-Item must be in new condition specific to guideline
-Once we receive item (in new condition), we will issue a refund via original payment method or store credit, minus original shipping cost
-Refunds will take 5-7 business day from day refund was processed
